As an SEO Specialist, you’ll drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for clients. You have a sharp eye for on-page and off-page optimizations, technical SEO, and content strategy. Whether it’s boosting keyword rankings, refining metadata, or improving page speed, you’re always focused on delivering results. You keep clients informed on your strategies, tests, and their impact on SERP rankings, ensuring clear communication.
You know SEO theory inside out, from crawling and indexing to Google’s algorithm updates. Tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs are second nature to you. You quickly spot opportunities, craft an SEO roadmap, and tie it all together to deliver that “wow effect” by boosting visibility and conversions.
With search engines constantly changing, you stay ahead of trends. You monitor algorithm updates like E-E-A-T and mobile-first indexing, translating complex SEO strategies into simple insights for clients. This builds trust, making you a go-to expert for both clients and your team.
The profile

You have a degree (HBO/WO) and solid SEO experience. Terms like rankings, impressions, and CTR are second nature to you. You’ve worked on SEO for many clients and are always ready for new challenges to boost their online visibility. Passionate about search engine updates, you keep up with the latest trends to stay ahead.
You see endless opportunities in optimizing websites to drive relevant traffic. You know that strong site structure, technical soundness, and the right content are key to success. You’re skilled at combining these elements and explaining them clearly to clients. You love solving tough SEO challenges and breaking down complex problems with logic.
As search engines evolve, you’re always on the lookout for the best strategies. You ensure clients stay ahead by maximizing organic traffic and thinking outside the box. Every day, you’re focused on improving results and helping clients achieve their goals.
For this role we’re looking for a native Dutch speaker, due to the client portfolio that comes with the role.

You have two plus years experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
2+ years
You are certainly not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You are social and approachable as the go-to person for clients and team.

Is this another success, then we will plan a live interview in which you will be asked to present a few (small) cases, in which you can show your knowledge, experience and motivation. When we are both enthusiastic, the contract is there.
