As an SEO Specialist, you’ll drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for clients. You have a sharp eye for on-page and off-page optimizations, technical SEO, and content strategy. Whether it’s boosting keyword rankings, refining metadata, or improving page speed, you’re always focused on delivering results. You keep clients informed on your strategies, tests, and their impact on SERP rankings, ensuring clear communication.
You know SEO theory inside out, from crawling and indexing to Google’s algorithm updates. Tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs are second nature to you. You quickly spot opportunities, craft an SEO roadmap, and tie it all together to deliver that “wow effect” by boosting visibility and conversions.
With search engines constantly changing, you stay ahead of trends. You monitor algorithm updates like E-E-A-T and mobile-first indexing, translating complex SEO strategies into simple insights for clients. This builds trust, making you a go-to expert for both clients and your team.

Whether you’re junior, mid-level, or senior: we’re looking for someone who genuinely gets energy from SEO, and can explain why. Maybe you have one year of experience, maybe several. What matters most is that you understand how SEO drives growth and you enjoy getting better at it every day.
You combine an analytical mindset with creative thinking. You like diving into data (for example in GA4, Google Search Console, or Looker Studio), you’re comfortable using tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush, and you know how to spot technical opportunities with tools such as Screaming Frog. At the same time, you can turn insights into clear, practical actions: better content, smarter internal linking, stronger landing pages, and well-prioritised recommendations for development.
And you stay curious. You enjoy testing, learning fast, sharing knowledge with the team, and steadily building better results for clients. In short: you don’t see SEO as a “trick”, but as a craft that creates real impact. And we’d love to build on that together.

First, we would like to receive your CV and motivation letter. We always find it important to hear why you see a fit with Hide and Seek. So the better you can motivate that, the easier it will be. Then we will setup a first video call, to get to know each other. Is this another success, then we will plan a live interview in which you will be asked to present a few (small) cases, in which you can show your knowledge, experience and motivation. When we are both enthusiastic, the contract is there.
